September 2008
As we had promised ourselves we made a return visit to Canyonlands National Park in Utah after the last visit in 1977. Then there were no made roads, no Welcome Centre and we only saw one other vehicle during our day visit. Things have changed and traffic was very thick. We spent one day driving the tourist route at the top called Island in the Sky, one in Horseshoe Canyon and one on the 4X4 White Rim Road. We will just leave you with some photographs to view and it was Mike who severely sprained his ankle stepping out of the camper while packing up. OUCH!
